SC.SB, founded in 2021 by Patrick Büchel, is a design startup from Hamburg (Germany) that combines luxurious fashion products with elements from motorsport, and vice versa.

SC.SB connects contemporary styles with the often contradictory aesthetics of motorsport.

Style - Efficiency, Gentleman - Bad Boy, Life Danger - Joy of Life. The roots of motorsport are reflected not only in the narrative and the numerous references of the ready-to-wear collections but also in the striking designs of the in-house racing products.

SC.SB draws inspiration not only from motorsport but also actively participates in it: Our employees themselves compete in various cups and leagues, and every employee in the company is an active sports driver.(in).

Patrick himself does not have a classical education in fashion design, and as he puts it, he is "just the cook." As a former Michelin starred chef, he achieved his life goal of earning a Michelin star at the age of 29 and has since wanted to take people not only on a journey to foreign worlds with extravagant dishes, but rather into his dazzling world of motorsport lifestyle with his fashion label. As a auto-didact, he taught himself the necessary techniques for it, and the fundamental understanding of design and aesthetics had always been a part of his life due to his profession.

To take the brand to the next level, SC.SB opened a branch in Milan (Italy) at the beginning of the 2023 racing season. The proximity to renowned Italian suppliers and producers of prominent high-fashion brands, as well as the immediate neighborhood of the most famous manufacturers in automotive and motorsport technology, offers not only world-class resources but also endless inspiration. Furthermore, it's not far from there to Monza, Imola, or Misano.

The brand SC.SB and it's design language are in a continuous evolution, and it is very important to the founder and Creative Director that, even with the rapid growth of the young fashion label, the connection to the race car drivers who formed the original fanbase is always maintained. Therefore, Patrick and all the other employees of SC.SB also participate multiple times a year in racetrack events and actively embrace the motorsport lifestyle.
